25 years ago, 99.1 JOY FM, actually… wasn’t on 99.1 FM…
It was on a tiny signal that most of St. Louis couldn’t even hear. The reach may have been much smaller at the time, but God had big plans that no one could see at the time!
Because today, JOY FM is heard on 99.1 and is one of the most listened to radio stations in St. Louis! Reaching 350,000 people every week with the hope of Jesus!
God’s plans didn’t stop there.
Over the last 25 years, God has opened doors no one could’ve even drempt up at the time, such as:

JOY FM Prayer Bears reach thousands of kids in area hospitals and foster homes, reminding them they are not alone.

88.1 WorshipOne launched this year to reach a generation that is leading the way in Bible sales, campus baptisms and church attendance. The music of this move of God is: worship.

Our sister station, BOOST 95.5, is the #1 Hip Hop station in St. Louis and is growing in Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, Pittsburgh, Austin, Phoenix and Ohio.
