God is always inviting you in. To His presence. To His plan.
I’ve noticed that throughout scripture, God always extends Himself to His people. He moves in close. And always invites them into His love and His will.
“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” Mark 6:31
All day, Jesus had invited his followers to join Him in serving others. That was His plan. At the end of the day, Jesus, full of compassion, had one more invitation. To rest. With Him. He invited them into what they needed most. His presence. His peace.
God has plans for you. For your life. He is inviting you into them, step by step. Following His lead. His plan is best.
