What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
“Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.” Romans 12:12
I need this reminder. Hope. Patience. Prayer.
It is so difficult to hope when you’re in the middle of a dark time. It’s challenging to wait for God to move. And you may not even have the words to pray. But that’s when God’s spirit does His work…when we can’t muster it up on our own.
If you don’t know what to say, do, or even pray…Don’t lose hope. And don’t place your hope in an outcome…place your hope in the One who created the world and conquered death. Wait patiently for His plan to unfold. And keep crying out to Him and listening to His life-giving Words.
Hope. Patience. Prayer. They are the roots of your faith in God that keep you strong when the storm comes. – Sandi
