Are you passionate about leadership, teamwork, and personal growth? The Pallottine Retreat and Conference Center in Florissant is seeking enthusiastic facilitators with leadership skills to share that can lead groups through exciting team-building challenges on our low ropes course on our 83 -acre campus!
What You’ll Do:
Guide groups of 10+ through engaging challenges
Facilitate debrief discussions to reinforce learning
Help foster connection, collaboration, and growth
✅ Receive comprehensive training
✅ Earn a stipend for each facilitated session
✅ Flexible schedule—3-4 hour sessions are booked based on facilitator availability
Program Impact:
Our low ropes challenge course encourages character development, enhances communication and conflict management skills, promotes team collaboration, and cultivates essential leadership abilities. We work with diverse groups, from high school students to executive teams at local hospitals, with participant numbers ranging from 12 to 100.
Each group is guided through challenges, followed by reflective discussions on what went wrong, how they succeeded, communicated, and ways to improve. These debriefs are pivotal in reinforcing the learning experience. Each session lasts 2-4 hours.
