What is a Prayer Bear?
JOY FM Prayer Bears are more than just stuffed animals, they’re tangible reminders of God’s love and the power of prayer. Each bear is donated by listeners, includes a promise from God, is prayed over by volunteers, and then delivered to children and teens who are facing some of life’s toughest challenges. In a hospital room where a child feels scared about their future. In foster care facilities where a child is waiting for a safe place to stay. From the hands of a friendly police officer after a loved one is lost. These bears carry comfort and hope … and a reminder to these children that they are seen, loved and not alone.The Prayer Bears’ Journey
