Life isn’t fair. Have you ever had to deal with a problem that shouldn’t have come your way? Has it caused you to ask “why” of God? Or question His timing or faithfulness?
If so, you’re not alone.
Joseph was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, falsely accused, and spent years in prison for things he didn’t do. I’m guessing that he felt abandoned by God on more than one occasion. But, in time, He saw the thread of God’s faithfulness throughout his life. And he said this:
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good…..the saving of many lives.” Genesis 50:20
Wherever you find yourself today, even if it feels unfair, your story isn’t over. You may not see an outcome that is good. But hold on and believe in the God who always finishes His plans. He is always working for your good and for His Kingdom purposes.
When life feels unfair, He is still faithful, and your story is still unfolding. – Sandi
