INTERNSHIPS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an intern for each of the following ministries:

You will be a part of our team, assisting our staff in preparing and implementing programming for Sundays, Special Needs Ministry, and family events, including Summer Blast (formerly VBS). You can take our ministry to the next level by observing, researching, and proposing improvements in our programming. You will develop skills in leadership, large event planning, and relationship building.

STUDENT MINISTRY: This position is 40 hours weekly. Help us pass on the faith to the next generation! As the Student Ministry intern, you will help disciple our students in Core (6th-8th) and Summit (9th-12th). You will plan and lead talks, small group discussions, games, and weekly activities. You will help plan and lead our After Party and Mission Trips. Additionally, you’ll own the planning and implementation of weekly summer fellowship activities and a college-age/young adult Bible study. You’ll get to work with a great student ministry team passionate about reaching our students and their friends!

Working directly with both professional and volunteer musicians, you will coordinate and lead our teams. From inception to detailed execution, you will learn how to develop a one-of-a-kind Worship experience. You may also be given opportunities to co-write Worship arrangements, organize community Worship events, and mentor new student musicians.

TECH MINISTRY: You will assist in tech production for worship services, growing your skills in lighting, slides, audio, and more. You will also assist in tech production for various summer events and initiatives that extend beyond Pathfinder and into our community. You will play a key role in creating a team event for our tech volunteers and in designing a tech to fit the needs of our Student Ministry space.
