Who’s voice is the most influential one in your life? Fear? Worry? Just because a message is loud, doesn’t mean it is true.
“You come against me with sword, spear and javelin,
but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty…”
1 Samuel 17:45
David faced a giant. He was large and loud. The words of the giant brought fear to many. But not David. He chose, instead, to focus on the Truth. He listened to God’s promise more than the giant’s lies. And victory followed.
You will probably hear all kinds of untruths today that seem really loud and convincing. You may even speak some of them to yourself. But if the message doesn’t line up with God’s word, stand on His truth instead. Keep believing the promises of God. Give ear to your Father and speak Truth to the giants. – Sandi
