We’re a Christian nonprofit organization that has spent the past 50 years equipping people to care for others with excellence.
We’re best known for Stephen Ministry, our lay caregiving ministry system used in over 14,000 churches from over 190 Christian denominations around the world. We also produce books, courses, and other resources on topics such as grief, empathy, cancer, assertiveness, and leadership.
An exciting new initiative for Stephen Ministries is helping congregations and other organizations play a key role in combating the mental health crisis, by preventing mental distress and promoting mental health and well-being.
