Why do we think God will love us more if we simply do more for Him? If you want to be more like Jesus and live the life God has for you, maybe it starts in a way you haven’t thought of yet.
“Don’t copy the behavior of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12:2
God has new life for you. And His plan for you is personal and full of purpose and good…both for you and the world around you.
But to grasp onto His plan means we have to be willing to let go of some other things. What would it look like for Jesus to transform your mind and life? Maybe that’s something you can talk with Him about.
