One Heart Family Ministries is dedicated to caring for children impacted by Missouri state foster care through education, recruitment, training, and support of Christian families in the community.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax and nonprofit regulations, and collaborating with leadership to develop financial strategies. The role also involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, such as payroll, accounts payable and donation management.
This is a hybrid part-time job, approximately 12 hours/week.
