Remember when the cute boy in school said “Hi” and called you by name? Or when an important acquaintance remembered your name from the previous meeting? There is something powerful in being seen and known.
“You are the God who sees me….I have now seen the One who sees me.” Genesis 16:13.
Even if you feel like you’re hiding from God, or if you feel invisible to Him, God sees you. He sees your hurt, your pain, your desires.
He knows the you that nobody else ever sees. And you know what He does in response to seeing you? He allows you to see and know Him. There’s nothing more powerful in life than being known by God and getting glimpses of Him working in your life.
It is life-changing to know God. And is so life giving to realize that He knows and loves you. He really does. – Sandi
