For years, JOY FM was a radio station in St. Louis… that most of St. Louis couldn’t even hear. Then came a question from God that changed everything: “Are you ready?”
It was clear that God was not done. There was a city full of people that needed to be reached with the gospel.
How was he going to do it? Through the radio signal…99.1 FM.
But getting there didn’t come without challenges… It didn’t come without heartbreak… And public backlash from every direction…
It seemed hopeless. But God parted the waters in a way NO ONE saw coming.
“ARE YOU READY?”
Over and over again, scripture tells us to “remember.” Remember what God has done and how He has moved. That’s the heartbeat behind this series, Stories Only God Can Write. He has done SO much more than we could ever imagine!

We hoped that in 5 years JOY FM could reach 200,000 people… (knowing that might be a stretch). Well, after thousands of listeners like you said “yes” and joined the mission, God moved! And JOY FM began reaching OVER 300,000 IN 2 MONTHS.
300,000 people. Calling in. Showing up to concerts. Asking for prayer. Wanting to start a relationship with Jesus. A tsunami of response no one expected. ALL for His Glory.
This is ONLY possible with God and with you. And we are so thankful.
