It doesn’t matter how dark it gets…the Light will always break through.
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:5
When I’m discouraged, it feels like the darkness is creeping in and taking over. Like it is winning. And like it is permanent. It’s true…you can’t see well in the dark.
But if you’re in that kind of dark season right now, please know that Jesus, the light, is with you.
He pushes back the darkness, so its presence doesn’t invade your mind and heart.
He shines His light so you can find your way.
He shines truth into your fear. And hope into your despair.
The dark cannot overcome the light. Ever. So, cling to His promise. Look for the Light. – Sandi
