Even when you feel like you have to WAIT on GOD…He isn’t late. What if there are good intentions behind God’s timing?
“The Lord isn’t slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish….” 2 Peter 3:9
I’ve never equated God’s timing with Him being patient. I usually interpret having to wait on God as Him being SLOW or LATE, because I want what I want …..NOW.
But what if God isn’t slow or late? What if He is patient? And what if EVERYTHING He does and doesn’t do is rooted in His love for you and His desire for you to know Him more? Because it is.
Three days in the grave. He wasn’t late.
He is patient. And kind. And He is working out His good plans and purposes for your life and many others who don’t yet know Him. His best is worth waiting for! – Sandi
