What would your life be like without the grace of God? For me, I think about the path I was on before He saved me. I think about how undeserving I was, and am, of His forgiveness and mercy. And I think about where I would be today was without Jesus.
“If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine and go to look for the one? “ Matthew 18:12
You were the one. I was too. The wandering ones. We chose a path that led us away from the heart of God. But, God lovingly came after us. He found you. Saved you. And continues to give you grace every day.
The next time you feel discouraged, thank Him for finding you. You may have a lot going on in your life. A lot of need. More unanswered questions than you would like. But, remember that you were rescued. You’ve been found.
