I got married when I was 20 years old. That’s been a minute ago! I look at the wedding pictures now and realize that I’m no longer close friends with anyone in the wedding party. I guess life moves on, and people can drift apart. But here is a reminder for you: God doesn’t drift. He stays.
“I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. I will not forget you!” Isaiah 49: 16
How would you describe your relationship with God? Is there a closeness or some distance between you? All of us drift. We are hot one day and cold the next in our pursuit of God. But He is faithful, and He stays.
You are always on His mind, and you are engraved on the Hand of God. That’s personal. And it is permanent. If you have drifted away from God. It’s not too late. His engraved hands are wide open for you today. – Sandi
