Have you found this to be true in your life yet? Following Jesus will cost you something……maybe even everything. I can’t find one person in scripture who followed Jesus without having to radically change their life. It cost them something.
“Noah did everything just as God commanded him.” Genesis 6:22
Noah wasn’t a boat builder…..until God said to build the ark. His life and his family got turned upside down when he chose to say yes to God. It cost him a lot.
But the costly life that Noah lived also saved his life and his family. It was worth the price. Because God is faithful.
It will likely cost you something when you follow Jesus. But, honestly, there’s a cost to not follow Him. May we say yes to every invitation that Jesus offers. Because His way leads to life. – Sandi
