When my kids were younger, they would run and jump into our bed during a thunderstorm. They were afraid, and even though they could still hear the storm in our room, they felt safe. They weren’t alone. If you’re battling fear today, this truth is for you:
“Do not be afraid and do not panic. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
You are not alone in the storm. God is with you. He also lovingly walks ahead. He is already in every one of your yet-unknowns.
God promises to never leave you or fail in His care for you. So, you don’t have to be afraid.
May God’s presence bring you peace today. May He remind you of His faithfulness. And may He give you the courage to keep going.– Sandi
