Why does God allow bad stuff to happen? Why does He allow you to go through seasons of suffering?
“I have hardened his heart…so that I may perform these miraculous signs…that you may tell your children and grandchildren…how I performed my signs among them, and that you may know that I am the Lord.” Exodus 10:1-2
We may not understand fully the “why” behind what God does or doesn’t do. But we can trust His heart and His authority. We live in a broken world. We experience injustice and pain. And yet, He is Lord. He is working. His story is unfolding. And, in time, we will see fully.
Until then, cling to Him. Place your trust in His Word and His unfailing love. You have a story to tell and is rooted in His faithfulness in your life. He has promised to never leave you, even in times of uncertainty and suffering. Even if you don’t know “why” you can know peace and have hope because you know Him. –Sandi
