RED ROCKS CONCERT GETAWAY
CONTEST RULES & CONDITIONS
- The Red Rocks Concert Getaway contest will air from 6:00am CST on Monday, May 18th, 2026 through 11:59pm CST on Thursday, December 31st, 2026. Participants are invited to visit the contest page at ichoosejoy.com and complete the short entry form for their chance to win.
- Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 21 years and older.
- One grand prize winner will be randomly selected among all entries received, subject to verification of eligibility, and awarded the following Red Rocks Concert Getaway: two tickets to see a JOY FM artist perform live in concert at the Rock Rock Amphitheater during the 2027 concert season and the chance for a meet, greet with the artist, plus some merch from The Joy Store!
- The winner will also receive a $3,000.00 check towards the purchase of travel to the concert. Gateway Media Group (dba JOY FM) is not responsible for booking any travel, hotel, transportation, or meals for this giveaway. Selection of hotel and travel choices is at the sole discretion of the winner and any expense over the $3,000.00 provided is the responsibility of the winner.
- The winner will be contacted by the promotions team by January 31st, 2027.
- The artist line ups for 2027 are not yet confirmed. As soon as that information is available, the winner will be notified.
- If a winner is asked to claim a prize, failure to claim prize(s) from Gateway Media Group within 48 hours of notification will result in forfeiture of prize(s).
- Most prizes will be mailed the week after winning the prize, or at the discretion of Gateway Media Group. If the prize is to be mailed, it is the responsibility of the winner to provide Gateway Media Group with a current and correct mailing address. The radio stations are not responsible for, nor obligated to replace any lost, stolen, or damaged prize sent through the U.S. Mail.
- There will be some instances where prizes will need to be picked up from the radio station and cannot be mailed. It will be the responsibility of the winner to pick up the prize within 30 days, in person, with a valid ID.
- Only one (1) prize per household can be won every thirty (30) days.
- Winners agree to allow Gateway Media Group to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming into our studios may be recorded and aired on the radio station without further approval.
- Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions are permitted.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on Gateway Media Group. Any and all federal, state and local laws apply to contests.
- If a prize becomes unavailable, Gateway Media Group will make a good faith attempt to substitute another prize but is not obligated to replace the prize.
- Gateway Media Group will not be responsible or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances out of our control.
- With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of Gateway Media group (dba JOY FM) will be final.
- Gateway Media Group has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time. Employees of Gateway Media Group, the Board of Directors, its clients, or associated agencies, vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
