The childcare worker’s primary responsibility is providing quality care for children of staff members. This includes part-time hours that are consistent and regularly scheduled to care for the children of the First Free staff. Current (11/16/25) opening is for Wednesdays from 9am-2:15 pm. Our rate is $15/hour. Employee may bring up to 2 of his/her own children under the ages of 5, free of charge. Great opportunity for a local college student, stay-at-home mom, or retiree. Background checks and training will be required.
