Summer Crew Leader positions available in a Christian, mission-driven tuckpointing job training program serving youth ages 12–18 in North St. Louis City. Crew Leaders mentor and supervise youth on active job sites, model servant leadership, and help provide free tuckpointing services for low-income homeowners, many of whom are widows. No construction experience required—training provided. Paid summer position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, May 26–July 24 (with one mid-summer break week). Ideal for seminary students seeking hands-on ministry experience through discipleship, mentorship, and leadership in an urban context.
