This role involves creating comprehensive strategies for donor relations, coordinating engagement activities, overseeing donor communication, and impact reporting. The Director shall manage a portfolio of donors to deepen partnerships and advance the agency’s mission. The Director of Donor Engagement will fulfill specific duties related to donor engagement and new donor acquisition in support of annual and Comprehensive Campaign fundraising goals.
