What we want to say and what is helpful to say. There is the tension.
Winning an argument. Or winning over someone’s heart. Very often, they are two different things.
Chances are, you’re going to have a clapback opportunity today. Perhaps God is giving you time to prepare your heart. Take the better road. Respond with grace. Kindness. Humility. It will be unexpected. And powerful.
The way to defuse a difficult situation is with good intentions and God given grace.
