Does your heart ever question God’s timing? Ever wonder if your prayers reach heaven? This verse reminds me who is on the other end of my prayers.
“As you do not know the paths of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you
cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.” Ecclesiastes 11:5
The Creator. All powerful. All loving, Father. The One who sacrificed His Son. He is the One who listens to every prayer.
So what do you do when the answer doesn’t come when you think it should? When you can’t figure out what He’s doing… or not doing?
Surrender to the Maker of all things. Because peace comes when we surrender to the one whose ways are higher and best.
God isn’t predictable. But He is faithful. You can trust His heart as you look at circumstances that don’t seem to make sense.
You may not understand how all of the pieces fit together yet. But you can know that the Maker is still making all things right.– Sandi
