God could have chosen to have a less personal relationship with us. Or none at all. But instead, He chose adoption.
As an adoptive mom, this speaks to my heart. And it reveals the heart of God.
He is the King. His only Son, Jesus, is perfect. Yet His heart aches for you to be in His family as well. His heart longs to lavish you with His love and affection.
He forgives. He blesses. He gives eternal life. How great is His love for you. And me.
If you’ve been adopted by God, then thank your Father today. If you haven’t responded to His invitation yet, cry out to Him and receive the gift of new life.
