God’s timing usually doesn’t sync up with ours. But it is comforting to remember that God does His perfect work in His perfect timing.
“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” Psalm 27:14
God created the world in 6 days…..not in an instant. He chose to bring the walls of Jericho down in 7 days…not the first time the army marched around. And He raised His son from the grave 3 days later.
If you feel like you’re waiting, you can trust the Author of time. I don’t know the “why” behind your waiting, But I do know that God has a purpose in it. And He is inviting you to be strong and keep your heart focused on Him while you wait.
God isn’t punishing you when you have to wait. And He isn’t toying with your emotions. He is working out His perfect plan in you and in your life. His best is worth waiting for. Be strong and trust Him as you wait. -Sandi
