Does God ever feel a million miles away? What do you do if there’s distance in your relationship with Him?
“Come near to God and He will come near to you.” James 4:8
How do you “come near” to a God who is invisible? I don’t have all of the answers. But I do know that God is closer than we know. He doesn’t come and go. He promises that He’s always with us and that He never leaves.
And when you’re ready to get closer to Him, He reveals just how close He is. So, take a step. Call out to Him. Whisper His name. Invite Him to reveal Himself to you.
When you do, you’ll find that He is, and always has been, with you.
The desire you have to get closer to God…is actually His invitation to come close. – Sandi
