Are you struggling to find peace? Is worry a more common state of mind than peace?
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.” John 14:1
Easier said than done. So why did Jesus say it?
He knew what was coming. He knew it would be troubling for His friends and followers to see their friend, Jesus, on a cross. To question everything they thought they knew. So, He encouraged them to cling to God…especially when it gets really tough.
And He’s inviting you to do the same today God knows what’s ahead for you. That’s one of the reasons why you can trust Him. Jesus conquered death. He rose again. And He invites you to trust. You may have to navigate through troubles. But your heart can be at peace because He is with you. – Sandi
